Good quality, consider smart strip
Belkin makes a lot of good quality items that are reasonably priced, this is no exception, does exactly what it claims, provides protection for computers or entertainment center. I got this when I upgraded to a flat screen TV on the wall and I didn’t want to worry about it.
I would recommend people consider a smart strip, which will turn off peripherals automatically when the main item (TV, Computer) is off. This would provide protection while saving electricity.
good protection, good price
I recently purchased a new HDTV and needed something that would give me peace of mind about protecting it from electrical surges. This piece of equipment did it.
I have have other surge protectors, which have been a lot more money, which don’t provide the quality of protection that this does. It’s not perfect, and I’m sure my new television is at some risk, but it does make me feel better and that is worth something.
Power strip of choice
I have used lots of different power strips, and this one is easily my favorite. It is simple, engineered splendidly, and has a nice long cord so you can get it anywhere you need to. I’m slowly moving all of my strips to these.
